    When a FAST11 alert is received, it instantly shows exactly where the alerting party is EVEN INSIDE A BUILDING.
  3. Response delays and lack of situational awareness
    Since FAST11 alerts can be viewed by dispatchers and first responders at the same time, response delays are reduced by eliminating notification delays. FAST11 also gives responders direct access to what's happening inside.

911 MADE SIMPLE

When someone sends a 'Help' request from their smartphone, the alert is routed to an at-home dispatcher without having to call them (solves the can't get through problem).  Because each alert includes the sender's phone number and location information, dispatchers can call alert sender's smartphones to vet each alert. Once each alert is vetted, the dispatcher can then transfer each alert to the appropriate responder with the simple click of a button.  FAST11 is also an ideal backup system that can be deployed in seconds in the event a 911 dispatch facility goes down or becomes compromised by a power outage or hacker. A separate mass-notification system is also available that can be integrated with FAST11 to send targeted "mass-notify" alerts to residents and businesses.
