Simple To Deploy
Unlike other more-complicated 911 systems, FAST11 can be up and running at 911 dispatch centers, in vehicles, and at remote locations using an existing internet browser without needing to install or integrate anything and without interfering with existing 911 systems. In the event of a primary system outage, FAST11 can be switched over to on the fly to avoid becoming the victim of another primary 911-system outage. And because FAST11 isn't text based, it doesn't slow down or burden the dispatch process like Text-to-911 does now.
Simple To Use
FAST11 is so simple, it doesn't require a special app to enable people to summon 911 help. To get FAST11 on your phone, you just click a link or scan a QR code—no app-store access needed (works with iOS and Android phones). When help is needed, you just tap the mic, speak your alert info into your phone, and your alert info goes directly to dispatch centers and responder vehicles at the same time to help ensure the quickest response. The best part: Training responders and dispatchers on how to use FAST11 takes less than 10 minutes.
Versatile And Adaptable
In the event of a disaster where primary 911 systems and/or facilities are compromised, FAST11 can be quickly brought up on a laptop or iPad to enable continuous 911 coverage from just about anywhere. And since it's so adaptable, FAST11 can be used on the internet and/or over private municipal networks such as Mesh, satellite, and other WAN-enabled networks. Alert information can also be accessed by other neighboring agencies and mutual-aid responders to enable all responding parties to be on the same alert "page" at all times.
